These terms govern your use of KopKop, operated by Caza Cloud Company LLC. By using the application you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse others; post sexual, violent or hateful content; impersonate another person; share content you have no right to share; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us the licence needed to store and transmit it so the service can function. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Coins are a virtual item for use inside KopKop. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the application. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. Coins may be forfeited if an account is terminated for a breach of these terms.
Room owners and administrators may moderate their own rooms. We may act platform-wide — including suspending accounts or removing rooms — where these terms are broken.
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, Caza Cloud Company LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
