This policy explains what the KopKop application collects, why, and what you can do about it. Caza Cloud Company LLC is the data controller.

What we collect

• Account information — the name you choose, your email address or phone number, and a password stored only as a cryptographic hash. Optionally a profile photo, date of birth, gender and country.
• Content you create — chat messages, direct messages, posts, room names and settings, and any photos or voice notes you send.
• Usage information — which rooms you join and when, coin transactions, and moderation actions taken by you or against you.
• Device information — an install identifier, device model and operating-system version, used for delivering notifications and diagnosing faults.

Live audio

Voice in a room is transmitted in real time to the other people in that room and is not recorded or stored by us. Your microphone is used only while you are on a microphone seat, and you can mute it at any time.

Why we process it

• To operate the service — signing you in, delivering messages, running rooms.
• To keep the platform safe — enforcing our terms, handling reports, blocking and moderation.
• To meet legal obligations, including retaining records of transactions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run KopKop — cloud hosting and storage, and Apple for payment processing and push notifications — and with authorities where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on servers in the Middle East region and protected in transit by TLS.

Your rights

• Access and correction — you can view and edit your profile in the app.
• Deletion — you can delete your account from within the app. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day window during which you may restore it by signing in again; after that window your personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymised.
• Blocking — you can block any other user, which prevents contact in both directions.

Children

KopKop is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
